Herman Lee Black, 47, entered a plea of guilty to involuntary manslaughter and felony child neglect. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison. At the time of Tyreek's death Black was the boyfriend of Tyreek's mother.

Eryk was involved in a car accident the same day he was reported missing and died in the accident. The NCMEC released the following notification in part, on 12.07.09: Dear Poster Partner: It is with great sadness and deep regret that we notify you that Eryk D'Entremont missing from Troy, NY, has been located deceased.

Syllannia Edwards, 15 years - Lawton, Oklahoma- Missing: 08/03 - Located Deceased: 02/09 - Identified: 11/09
Syllannia was reported as an endangered runaway from a Lawton, OK group home for abuse victims in August 2003. Her remains were among the remains of 11 victims and a fetus found in a mass grave near Albuquerque, New Mexico in February 2009.
Kylie Michelle Ellis, 13 years - Yelm, Washington- Kyle was reported as an endangered runawy in December 2008. Her body was located on 06/01/2009 at the intake to the Centralia City Light hydroelectric project outside the city of Yelm, Washington. Thurston County Washington Coroner Gary Warnock ruled Kylie died from fresh water drowning.

David & Liz Carroll, Marcus' foster parents were found guilty of murder in his death. Liz stood trial and David plead guilty. Liz was sentenced to life without parole sentence and David was sentenced of 16 years to life.

Trejon was reported missing when he slipped off a pipe and into a canal on June 13, 2009. Trejon's grandfather gathered a search team of his friends on the first weekend of August. They located Trejon's body in a marsh on the banks of the Great Salt Lake.

Jonathan Vincent Frazier is accused of second-degree murder in the death of his biological son, Jon Frazier. Autopsy results revealed a broken left femur and massive blunt trauma to the back of the head.
