SOCA-Shame

Jack McClellan, self-proclaimed Girl Lover, has decided he is not happy with the treatment he has received while trying to practice his hobby in California. Apparently when he was living in Washington, that state’s government either could not or would not attempt to stop his actions.

A lawyer filed an injunction a few weeks ago to stop Jack from hanging out where prepubescent girls congregate. Jack’s hobby was to go to events such as girl’s soccer games, parks, etc. and take pictures of the little girls without their knowledge or the knowledge of their parents. He would then upload those pictures to his web site which was devoted to all things pedophile.

So Jack was served with the restraining order a couple of weeks ago. It ordered him to stay 30 feet away from all minor children in the state of California.

Some people felt that this restraining order was infringing on Jack’s rights. I wholly disagree with that thinking. I believe when it comes to the rights of a self-proclaimed pedophile and the rights of a minor child, well the rights and protection of the minor child wins out every time.

Jack has been all over the news telling any and all who will listen that he is a Girl Lover, his preference, sexually and emotionally, is for prepubescent girls. He claims he has never acted inappropriately with any child and would never “cross that line”.

Jack is playing a game with himself. If Jack really did not want to risk acting inappropriately with a child then he would make sure to keep his distance from children, not take pictures, which to him and his kind amount to child pornography.

So Jack is served with the restraining order and leaves the state to go tape an interview for a talk show. He is back in California a few days and is spotted at UCLA. He is outside of the Infant Development Center. He is recognized by the Campus Police and they tell him he is too close to the children and he is in violation of his restraining order. They ticket him and ask him to leave and not come back to the campus.

Well, Jack is spotted again, a few hours later on the campus. This time he is in the parking lot giving an interview to a reporter and this time he is arrested. He can’t make bail because his only source of income is SSI and since coming to California earlier this summer he has been living in motels and in his car.
